1. Banana and honey mask helps reduce wrinkles

Bananas provide vitamins A, C, potassium and many nutrients that are beneficial for the skin. In particular, the abundant amount of vitamin C in bananas has the effect of fighting oxidation of the skin.

At the same time, the vitamin A content in ripe bananas is also a powerful assistant to help supplement collagen , reduce inflammation and help control the amount of oil and acne on the skin.

The combination of banana and honey will help the skin retain moisture, absorb maximum beneficial nutrients, and repel the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of aging.

Doing:

– Mash a medium ripe banana with 2 tablespoons of pure honey.

3. Use green tea to improve crow’s feet and wrinkles at the corners of the eyes

How to do: Use 2 tea bags after use, put them in the cooler for about 10 minutes, then apply the tea bags to places that easily form wrinkles such as the eye area, mouth corners, forehead… for about 15 minutes. After brewing the tea bag, apply 2 small ice cubes to the corners of your eyes to reduce newly formed wrinkles .

4. Egg white + honey mask

Egg whites contain B vitamins (such as vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6…) along with trace elements (iron, phosphorus…) and other ingredients. 5. Aloe vera mask
